OVHcloud Service Logs are logs from OVHcloud Services exposed through Logs Data Platform helping you to track "who did what, where, and when?" across your OVHcloud resources.

Enabling OVHcloud Service Logs into actionable data through Logs Data Platform product, and you get the tools to efficiently store, archive, query and visualize your logs.

Now you have the capabilities to proactively monitor your data and systems for potential vulnerabilities or misuse, keeping your operations more secured and optimized.

🛠️ How it works?

OVHcloud Service Logs gives you access to logs for your OVHcloud managed services and OVHcloud account.

This is made through Logs Data Platform, a fully managed service enabling you to:

• Search (query) through Graylog web interface on single or multiple clusters audit logs with multiple parameters to analyze

• Design dashboards with Graylog web interface with multiple widgets so that important information is just a click away

• Trigger an email alert when certain thresholds are exceeded, or suspicious patterns are emerging.

• Generate a daily archive to keep your log files for years to comply with security audits, GDPR, connection history, etc...

• Integrate your OVHcloud Service Logs with your observability stack or/and leverage OpenSearch ecosystem 

It is fully managed by OVHcloud. You just have to subscribe the service logs of each service and retrieve the corresponding logs in the chosen data stream of your Logs Data Platform service.

There is no additional charge to subscribe the service logs in your cloud service, you will be charge with the regular pricing for the use of Logs Data Platform service. (refer to Logs Data Platform product page for details pricing)

We are integrating progressively all OVHcloud managed services with Logs Data Platform to give you access to their service logs.

Each OVHcloud service logs is first available in Beta to ensure they fit with customers needs before being generally available. You can refer to the Service Logs status list below.
